Abstract

MRI findings in a 5 years-old boy with neurocutaneous melanosis was described. Melanocytic nodules were shown in the brain parenchyma, meninges and perivascular space. They were seen as hypersignal lesions on T1W1, iso to hyposignal lesions on T2W1. There was no significant enhancement of the nodules. Literatures were reviewed concerning this con- dition.
