Abstract

We report a case of 6-year-old boy with disseminated penicilliosis marneffei. He had hemophilia A and acquired human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection from blood transfusion. Ultrasonography showed multiple enlarged mesenteric and ret- roperitoneal lymph nodes, hepatosplenomegaly without focal lesions, and a small amount of ascites.
